Return Policy
Customer
satisfaction is a top priority at Elegant Bar Stools. Our return policy ensures
the best possible service from the manufacturer to you, provided you follow our
instructions carefully.
Elegant Bar Stools products are
manufactured to the customer's specifications and as such are considered custom
orders. Therefore all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted
unless authorized by Elegant Bar Stools.
Color Disclaimer:
Many
long hours were put into trying to accurately portray our wood stains, colors
& finishes. But as a result of photographic and computer inaccuracies, colors
and textures cannot be properly visualized. When you place your bar stool order you are accepting
the limitations inherent in not directly viewing samples. Your completion of an
order constitutes your waiver of any claim you may have due to dissatisfaction
with product color, stains and textures. Please contact us if you are not sure
and would like to receive more accurate samples of wood and fabric before placing
your order.
WE'VE HAD FEW REQUESTS FOR RETURNS AT ALL - and even fewer due to dissatisfaction with our products.
Also be sure to have
accurate measurement for the height of your barstool, as we will not be responsible
for any discrepancies on your part. Guide to seat height It
is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery.
In the event that you find the products damaged or defective, make all notations
on freight bill before driver leaves. Our company must be notified of damaged
goods within 48 hours in order for us to pursue a claim on your behalf. RETAIN
ORIGINAL PACKAGING and a call tag will be issued for you. Merchandise will not
be picked up, or an exchange issued WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Do not return
any item to the manufacturer without prior written authorization; otherwise it
will not be processed. Please follow these instructions
carefully UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON BOX.
